What the outside world actually sees

Copy something anywhere on this Mac, or use “Copy safe version” on the Shield tab. The left side is what stayed inside the bank. The right side is exactly what an outside AI receives. Originals appear only on this screen and are never saved.

What each AI may see

For every kind of detail, choose whether outside AI, your bank's approved AI and AI running on the computer can see it.

What each AI is allowed to see

Hide encrypts it behind a token you can restore. Show lets that AI see it. Remove deletes it for good. Employees pick the AI they're sending to; Shield applies that column.

Who inside the bank sees what

Not everyone at the bank needs every detail. Choose what each team can see when Shield puts the real details back. Anything set to Hidden stays locked for that team, even on their own screen.

Right now

Switch the person at the bottom of the sidebar, then paste an AI answer on the Shield tab: details hidden for their team stay locked.

Teams

See shows the real detail. Hidden keeps it locked for that team. Click to switch.

Clients, deals and other lists

Names and formats only your bank knows. Shield always hides these.

Clients and counterparties

0
Client names, borrowers, companies you lend to. One per line.

Deals and code names

0
Live deals, project code names, acquisition targets.

Employees and executives

0
Names that shouldn't appear in an outside AI tool.

Internal systems and terms

0
Internal tools, servers, product names, report titles.

Your own number formats

For IDs only your bank uses. # any digit, @ any letter, * any letters or digits.

Compliance warnings

Encryption can't hide these, because the meaning itself is the secret. Shield warns the employee and logs it.

Activity log

Employees are told this tool is monitored, as banks already do for work email and chat. Logs never contain client data: only the type of data, the employee and the time.
